Timeframe: Refund or replacement requests must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
Product Condition: To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Processing Fee: A processing fee of 50 AED will be applied for refund requests. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds: Once we receive your refund request and it is approved, we will process the refund within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
4. Replacement Procedure
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and once we receive it, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
